How does the Levels program work?

How does the Points for Rewards program work?

With our points-based rewards system, guests earn loyalty points for all purchases. These can be redeemed for exclusive items or offers from your restaurant’s dedicated rewards section in the QR menu — creating a fun and engaging customer rewards experience.

Can I customise the Levels program for my venue?

Yes. You can name your own levels, choose colours, and add custom icons to fit your brand identity. This makes your guest loyalty program feel truly unique and in line with your restaurant’s style.

Who sets the discounts and rewards?

The restaurant controls all reward rules — from discount rates and point values to the specific rewards available. You can adjust them anytime in the manager’s dashboard to keep your digital loyalty program fresh and relevant.

Is it difficult to set up a loyalty program?

Not at all. You simply set the base configuration — level structure or point rules — and activate it with one click. Your restaurant loyalty system starts working instantly, tracking guest activity via QR codes.

Can I run both loyalty program types at once?

Currently, you can activate either the Levels program or the Points for Rewards program at a time. You can switch between them whenever you like based on your business goals.

Do guests need to install an app?

No. Guests can join and check their progress directly from your QR menu on any smartphone. However, the GlobalTips Guest App lets them track all their loyalty programs, points, and discounts across multiple venues in one place.

Can I see which guests are the most loyal?

Yes. Your loyalty program dashboard shows guest progress, point balances, and level history. This helps you recognise and reward your top customers — an essential step for increasing repeat visits.

How do guests track their loyalty benefits?

Whenever they scan your QR menu or open the GlobalTips Guest App, guests see their current tier or point balance, progress towards the next level or reward, and any special offers available to them — ensuring your customer rewards program stays top of mind.
